Registration Procedures

To register for the 2009 North Texas District Homeschoolers' Science Fair, provide the information below.
  1. Student's Name
  2. Student's Address
  3. Student's Grade for the 2008/2009 School Year
  4. Parent's Telephone Number
  5. An e-mail address that we can use to send Science Fair information and reminders.
  6. Name of your homeschool organization or co-op (if any) - this helps determine how many winners we can advance
The registration fee is $15.00 per student if postmarked by December 22, 2008. After December 22, 2008, the registration fee is $20.00 per student. No registrations postmarked after January 19, 2009, will be accepted.
